Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Flour (all-purpose)
- ¾ Cup Milk
- Large Egg
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- ½ Tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp Butter (melted and unsalted)
- 2 Tsp Baking Powder
- Fresh Strawberries (Sliced, for garnish)

- Nutella/Hazelnut Spread (topping)
Mix the salt, baking soda, flour, and sugar in a bowl. Whisk the milk, egg, and melted butter until thoroughly combined in a different bowl.
The wet ingredients should be added to the dry ingredients. Mix gently until combined. A few lumps are acceptable; overmixing can result in tough pancakes. For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the pan.
